Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Period:
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 3 days of placing the order, provided that the order has not been shipped or processed. After this period, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.

 

Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel an order, customers must contact by email oceanicbrooke@gmail.com Please include the order number and reason for cancellation in your communication.

Successful Cancellation:
If the cancellation request is received within the stipulated time frame and the order has not been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are not applicable for damaged goods. However, damaged items will be replaced under the following circumstances:

Cancellation within the specified period before processing/shipping.
Receipt of defective or damaged products.
Non-receipt of the ordered products within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Procedure:

For cancellations, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
For defective/damaged products, customers must provide photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving the order.
Non-receipt claims must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
In the case of non-receipt, a replacement product may be offered before processing a refund.

Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for a refund, such as digital products.

Damaged Goods Replacement:

Damaged items will not be refunded but will be replaced.

Shipping Costs:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
